  • such is life

I understand the benefits of vitamins and I really do believe that a good multivitamin can help you recover from a lot of injuries done to the body on a daily basis. I do not know if a multivitamin is the damage control master formula or anything like that but at least it does provide some very basic coverage and allows me to stay away from a doctors office. The offer still stands for the moment and I will not let these golden opportunities pass me by just like a rap video from the early 90's to late, late 80's.

  • THe importance of stress test for heart disease and other things as well

Mel Agee was a very good college (Illinois) and pro football player that just couldn't cut off the weight after the NFL and it is sad news for this health blog but it also brings up a few pointers for folks to remember especially as we get older and get on with our years the importance of a good diet. I personally espouse a paleo diet but if you are not into that you should definitely think about cutting out some of those refined sugars and carbs. Bread mostly.
Get those nuclear stress tests done on a regular basis friends. Mel was very young and evidently had a heart disease. The tests only take a couple hours and will show most heart problems and then further testing and treatment will save your life so that you can watch your friends and family grow older with you.
Only 39 years old this is to young to pass from an unhealthy heart, a great loss for his family.

  • I totally know the feeling in this town of getting
some lukewarm 'tude from someone from people search
    public records
    , not being sure if
they're being unfairly dismissive or whatever. I
honetly think in this case he's dealing with you
exactly in his default mode- of ANYONE he doesn't
absolutely already know to be a "proven" comedy talent
in his world or who he's had at the CC Stage before.
So I'd absolutely send him your stuff.  Address it to
his name. Play it cool, calm and confident---which
you're doing and hopefully the content of your actual
stuff will make a difference and change his tune. Did
you make a DVD of the show?

  • There's an idea

I really enjoy the concept of change. It something that everyone needs to grasp at one point in their life. Everything changes. I read a book about how to deal with stress, and it continued to speak of change. If you're stressed, don't worry; that will change. It always helps to know that whatever funk you're in, will change. Of course, this mentality also works conversly. If you feel great, don't get used to it, for it will change. So there really is no way to think of it as fortune or fate, change just happens. Something may seem great to you but sooner or later, something will change. There will be a new pop band on the music charts, there will be new wallpaper in your bathroom after you move out, there will new products to replace todays "best antioxidant" on the market. Things change people. There is no use in denying or rephrasing. Change. It could happen to any of us at any time. For now, we are alive. That, too, will change.

  • The more casual it become

I don't know about all of you but  I do not know if any of these candidates for president can actually do anything to help the current situation. I think a president can do an awful lot to hurt a country but I am not sure that they can do so much in the way of helping it. It seems that the good people in government, when they get together, they come up with the wrong answers. I know that vitamin information is out there in abundance, but I have to regret not knowing to much in the way of the omega 3 benefits that fish oil has to offer. I love to think that I could get myself versed quickly, but I would assume that I cannot. Oh well, maybe the tree in the forest will know better if someone has not cut him down yet.
